When your guests are calling to make their sleeping room reservations, please
tell them to ask for the group's name in order to receive the discounted room
rate. Both hotels will hold onto the room block until June 19, 2009. After that
time any rooms remaining in your block which have not been reserved, will be
released.

The cutoff date for the block will be July 2nd, 2009. If the room list is not received by that day, any bookings after that point will be first come first served.
